Our signature experience takes you through a comparative tasting of single varietal and blended extra virgin olive oils, co-milled oils, and balsamic vinegar reductions. Hosted by one our experienced team members, you will learn how to properly sip, capture the aroma and taste the oils and balsamic vinegar, and enjoy a bite-sized culinary pairings that showcase the way oils pair with different foods.
$30 per person. Tastings are offered at 11:00 am, 1:00 pm, and 3:00 pm daily and lasts 60 minutes.*

This guided walking tour starts the day out with at the farm house, overseeing the expansive view of our 16-acre organic integrated farm of olive groves and kitchen gardens, followed by a stroll to our certified organic olive mill. Our state of the art italian mill is the most advanced in North America, capable of milling five tons of olives per hour. You’ll learn so much about olives and olive oil, your grocery store trips will never be the same!
$25 per person. Tours are offered at 10:00 am daily and lasts for 60 minutes.*
We recommend adding an Olive Oil & Balsamic Vinegar Tasting experience to expand you knowledge. Should you be hungry from the stroll, our Bistro starts seating at 11:00 am. Showcasing the Chefs creative use of our organic farm vegetables highlighting our Oils and Vinegars.
